"EY is a great company to begin your professional career. When you think of "Big 4" you may think of automated humans, but EY was the complete opposite. You can tell how the company cares for its employees and vice versa. The only issue I had was the opportunity for advancement. In the associate setting, opportunities to advance to a leadership position is based on availability -- and not merit."
