"I've worked for EY for some time now, and my overall experience has been gratifying, having challenges on an everyday basis, and also being able to work on my desired skills."
"Had a great time in learning and exploring possible opportunities."
"Worked for EY 10 years. It has been changing, not for the better."
"I've been working at EY for 3 years and I am very pleased."
"I do value what my company does in the financial market!"
"Definitely not for everybody. Ernst and Young is very demanding, and the salary may be decent, but when you factor in the amount of hours you truly work, it really doesn't work out to be that great. Now, the experience itself is great on a resume. But making it even a few years here is tough. I would check out the book on Amazon about the EY interview process that everyone reads, if you are serious about working here."
"I am working at EY since 2009, and I'm very happy with my job there."
"EY is a great place to start a career, but doesn't offer much in the way of a work-life balance. Expect tons and tons of travel if you work in advisory."
"I have worked at EY for a little over two years now. The internal culture is fantastic and all the people at EY are great."
"I was working at the EY company during the first months of 2018. I was reviewing SOX controls at the IT level as an internal auditor. I learned to work with tools like Sharepoint, Excel and some Power BI. The company offered me good benefits and my co-workers always supported me in my performance."
"EY is a great company to begin your professional career. When you think of "Big 4" you may think of automated humans, but EY was the complete opposite. You can tell how the company cares for its employees and vice versa. The only issue I had was the opportunity for advancement. In the associate setting, opportunities to advance to a leadership position is based on availability -- and not merit."
"Good Place to work, and I enjoyed working there"
"Compensation is not up to market rate."
"- Smart people - Great exposure to executives - Good fit for an analytic, go-getter who loves to dive deep within financial documentation"
