"Working here felt like being a prisoner. This company thinks they own their employees. They micromanage, they over-supervise, they control their employees to the point of monitoring every moves through their CCTV. It's funny and ridiculous. Don't expect to have work-life balance when you work here. The owner's mindset is that since you are paid to work here, you should devote your whole like in making this place better. Few months into working here, I quit. I couldn't take how they treat their employees."
