"Check to see the number of positions and the frequency they are constantly flooding job boards. A lot of posts mean a lot of turnover."

What don't you like about working at Extron Electronics?

"Top management had a somewhat pre-civil rights attitude when it came to treating and managing it's employees. It's interesting when you can actually see fear on people's faces when the owner appears. The ones who aren't intimidated usually don't stay around for long."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The manager of the department should make the final candidate decision. At Extron HR is in charge of first and final say of who gets hired, regardless of the manager's choice."
