"I have worked at Extrahop since 2018 and have experienced a lot of growth in my time there. The product is complex so each day is a new learning opportunity and filled with new challenges. It's a great environment for someone wanting to learn a lot. However, the company is growing and there are growing pains, such as lack of cohesion between departments and unclear boundaries between teams. This can cause stress on new employees and it is not always handled the best at the detriment to the customer.
