"Stay away if you're looking to work for or contract with a decent courier company."

What don't you like about working at EXTRA Express?

"Besides the schedule, this is the worst company one can work with as far as I know, as an independent contractor or employee. New staff always comes and goes constantly. ( I wonder why) they like to play games with contractors and are extremely cheap when it comes down to pay. Pay rate is commission on a percentage base but never get paid stated percentage rate in contract nor do they tell you from what amount they are paying you that percentage. They are in the business to rip off contractors and make a bank."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Straighten out your pay rates and submit invoices to contractors with total amount charged to customers and/businesses and the percentage amount that will be paid out from the total amount to contractor."
