What do you like about working at EXTRA Express?
"It is fast paced and ever changing. The company is growing very quickly and they are open to suggestions and changes. There are days when the hours are long but for the most part, this is not a live at work kind of place unless you like that and some do (it's a nice office)."

"Be prepared to come back more than once to interview and to be at the interview for 2+ hours."
What don't you like about working at EXTRA Express?
"The company doesn't close so someone always has to work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Talk to and encourage the A players. Talk to and change the attitudes of the bad seeds and if they don't change, let them go."
