"Exterran is a merged company of Hanover Compression and Universal Compression. I was originally a Hanover employee and loved that company and culture. Unfortunately many feel it was a takeover of Hanover by Universal and their culture was different."

"I really enjoyed working in an outdoor environment and working hands on with most everything that we did work on. I really liked the salary I had when working for exterran, and personally I would work for them again if the opportunity pertained itself."

"Just be honest and straightforward and everything will fall into place."

"It wasn't as organized as I like to be. but with time and experience it will smooth itself out."
