"I worked for Exterior Solutions for approximately two months, and the owner couldn't get me a job while he left for deer season. I was left without work after he left to go hunting. It's not very well organized, and the company technically has no employees, because you are hired on as an "Independent Contractor." So taxes aren't taken out until after the year is over."
