"Its all about personality. Recruiting and Staffing is a relationship building business. You should WANT to be a part of peoples lives and companies."

"Sometimes the smaller offices are not conducive to growth, I have hit the ceiling."

"The pay is bad I get no ebnifits and there is no future."

"Pay people more and hire on full time employees instead of temps."
