"The company was good to work for. Once you get in with them they will keep you busy as long as the work is there. My only gripe is that if you travel for them they take too long to get reimbursements back to you."

What do you like about working at The Experts?

"As the Payroll Manager, I was not only responsible of ensuring accurate payroll figures, I also was responsible of booking all billing for services rendered by our consultants. That made the company strive in communication with all levels and with the Management team."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Keep in mind, that as a recruiting company, not all processes are streamlined as with other organizations. All processes are more complex."

What don't you like about working at The Experts?

"Many exceptions to the Timesheet regulations were made with made it dificult to enforce the mesheet deadlines."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less exceptions would give the payroll department more credibility in the eyes of the internal recruiters and consultants."
