"The executive management is outsourcing their core competencies. They need to be experts in their area and not be ignorant and mistakenly hire middle managers who should be experts but who are not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the leadership go who's teams are continually struggling under middle management (they keep replacing middle management when they should be replacing executives with people who really understand their jobs.)"
