"The company had silo mentality in that if you needed to speak to an expert in another department, you needed your manager's permission."

"They need to have flat hierarchies and easy contact with senior management or peers."

"Not a whole lot that is memorable. Sweatshop, pays well, fires easily, incompetent management, barely complies with labor regulations."
