If you are looking for a 40 hr week steady job and are in low to mid levels (director or lower) you should consider this company. It is a steady long-term option. If looking for a company with advancement and growth, advancement can be limited which is surprising in this size company, but it is very siloed."

"No empowerment. No trust. No collaboration. Adversarial relationship between IT & the business."

"IT management needs to trust its employees to make decisions. Build relationships / partnerships with the business and vendors."
