"Michael was brought on to double the fleet within the first year and he tripled it within his first six months. He is one of the most reliable additions to the company and he never calls off work--he is willing to take on others' tasks without having to be asked--he sees a situation that needs attention and he just jumps in and handles it--there is nothing I have thrown at him that he has not conquered. He was brought on to handle the recruiting efforts and has not let us down. If I had a staff of Michaels, I would have half the staff!"
