"Where could I begin Management and their customers are hopelessly locked in a downward spiral into the gaping maw of a black hole's abyss. When it comes to good software design principles, management doesn't get it and neither do most of the employees. It's amazing that this company has been in business, much less turned a profit, for any length of time."

What suggestions do you have for management?
