"I had worked for EXP for nearly 3 years. The company has over 3,000 employees nationwide and focuses on engineering design/consulting. The Glendale office, where I worked, is a newly finished office filled with a great, encouraging, team of employees that remain helpful at all times. The company, and branch, does a great job of getting quality work done in a timely manner. Working on large-scale commercial and entertainment projects, such as Universal Studios and Disney, can surely be a great experience for an employee in understanding how different fields of design have different demands. A wide variety of theme park design has helped me, as an employee, grow at a much more rapid pace than I would have ever imagined, as every project is a new challenge and is almost never repetitive. I highly recommend working for EXP to anyone willing to challenge themselves and become familiar with a different type of engineering. You will have the ability to grow as much as you desire and can handle."
