"They are too focused on recruiting and most are too aggressive about it. The company does not treat staff well but it is ok for agents. A lot of agents are hostile and bad to staff. Too much gossip and conflict. Staff is overworked like slaves because of all the growth but they don't spend money for staff or resources to help do our job. Profit first and people last. They do staff surveys and praise high scores but the majority who are unhappy are fearful to reply. The agents' reply because it is in their best interest and they profit by praising the company which helps them recruit and make more money. Very slimy tactics so a lot of people come and leave after a short time."
