"The culture at Exide is still, at times, resistant to change. Sometimes it can be difficult to get buy in from every department on a project."

"Improve the communication to the team members. Many times people get tunnel vision and only see what impacts them directly. That's why it is important to communicate projects and results in a way that allow everyone to see the big picture."
