What do you like about working at Kingley Health?
"Other people in my department were great. They always had my back and I knew I could count on them for anything, we worked really well as a team."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Only apply if you are passionate about what you will be doing. This isn't the kind of place you work as something to do, but rather the kind of place where you go to work hard."
What don't you like about working at Kingley Health?
"It was really just too far from where I live to handle the commute. There didn't seem to be much of a family type vibe between departments, as you might expect in such a small business. I was continually sexually harassed by a sales guy. After I complained the owners only gave him a written warning, which is apparently the 2nd time he got spoken to about it. I left the only other woman in my department to deal with him alone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would say let the departments run themselves. It seems the owners did a lot of micromanaging."
What do you like about working at Frontera Strategies?
"Independence and autonomy with daily tasks. Working at home which may be a negative."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Remember that this is a for profit company. they mainly care about how much money you can make for them."
What don't you like about working at Frontera Strategies?
"Does not seem to acknowledge the exercise physiologists as a clinician. Regards the techs as robots that get tests done to make them money. This means poor quality care for the patient."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"provide the highest quality of equipment for the tech to use and follow up appropriately. Needs to work as a team and make sure the employee is happy and have the supplies to do the job right. The Account Manager's job is about the money, it shouldn't be the technician's job."
