"I worked at Exelis from 2008 to 2014. This was my first experience working for a government contractor. While Exelis in general has a great deal of experience with government contract work, the group I worked for was not particularly adept at doing software development for the government."

I would suggest that leadership focus on the ideas coming from the bottom, and for the employee compensation to be reviewed. It gets harder and harder not to look for other jobs when the bonuses and the raises don't come often. Hard work is not rewarded."
