"I have worked for Exela Pharma Sciences for nearly 4 years. I have witnessed two different management styles in those times. I feel this company is one that embodies a corrupt hierarchy based on power, not competence. The majority of the individuals that are in the decision making positions were placed there not because of their competence or qualifications, but rather due to how well they are liked by certain individuals at the top. Overall this company has no established goal that is directed towards anything equivalent to good. The approach by the CEO of get there first as fast as possible regardless the cost, results in a shambled chaotic war zone where no roles are established, no one is held accountable for the failures, and any healthy order is deemed an obstacle and removed root and stem. Once the curtain or facade of “Quality” in place is removed, a fragile, foundation-less wasteland will be left to whoever comes next."
