"There's a lot of opportunity for growth. Tools to complete job responsibilities could be improved & consolidated -- if developers were hired to create more custom software. Company culture always trying to have events & feed employees. Workload (likely due to current tools) is a lot in any position. Very deadline-driven environment, each role at capacity."
