"A few but they're manageable. No major cons identified till now."

"The financial ups and downs are always a concern. Since this is a small start-up firm, we/they are not able to provide company benefits."

"None. We are very pleased with our efforts and accomplishments. Unfortunately, these are tough economic times."

"I like supporting the City I live in. I enjoy working closely with Police and Fire departments."

"From a technology viewpoint change is very slow and decisions are debated longer than actual implementation."

"The political environment changes constantly. I've seen seven City Managers, some only lasting a few months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I do not have a stable management base, only an interim manager. Stability and commitment would be great."

"A lot of my superiors were incompetent and had issues with being self centered."

"Success is never the fruit of a single person in an organization, it is the combined effort of all."

What do you like about working at Robert Half?
"I liked absolutely nothing. Robert Half is the worst company in America."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not interview if you do not want to work 10-12 hour days."
What don't you like about working at Robert Half?
"The work environment is very controlled. Be at your cubicle @ 7:30 a.m. and leave at 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. if you are on desk. The manager is a disgusting pig of an individual. She goes from cordial to cussing in a minute. She micromanages all of the time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Are you kidding I wouldn't give them the time of day."

What do you like about working at Omega Resource Group?
"The experience I had designing gears using SolidWorks, modeling valves in SolidWorks, Blueprint proofreading, book keeping, converted drawings from SolidWorks to AutoCAD, drew floor plans, organized drawings, edited assemblies in SolidWorks."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, be yourself and remember good looks won't get you the job you have to qualify."
What don't you like about working at Omega Resource Group?
"Not much. I can't really complain much about the place because everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable in that engineering friendly environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you want to be more productive we need to talk more often and have a good face to face in planning projects."
What do you like about working at Robotti & Co.?
"My co-workers and my boss. You coukd not ask for a better boss then Mr. Robotti."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"RobottI & Company is a pretty solid place to work. You could not ask for a better CEO. Unfortunately it just wasnt the field for me and thats why it didnt work out. If I wanted to be a financial wizard then there is no one better to learn from then Mr. Robotti, and no better place to work for then RobottI & Company."
What don't you like about working at Robotti & Co.?
"It was not the right field for me. I am not into investments and financial decisions. That is what the company is. I had the greatest boss and co-workers but I was unhappy and depressed because I didnt feel gratified for the work I was doing"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Follow up on company meetings morale better. Try and give all employees equal attention"
