"Just kick the tires hard and make sure you ask a lot of questions. Especially about why they have not been able to retain anyone"

"misogynistic leadership - watch out! Very low investment in their workers."

"Make a commitment to workers and give people the sense they have joined a place where they are not disposable. Also, be more effective and qualify your jobs and what you put your efforts into better, as there is a lot of time being wasted"

"Low presuure you are only responsible for your work. No one is keeping eye on you."

"Just give your best. Just be realistic what you are and you done."

"Freeness is above all limits. Must have some sort of control in that domain."

"Increase the number of portals. Increase a little bit pressure."
