"Be prepared, research the company, have long term and short term goals, listen and make eye contact, answer questions brief and to the point, if possible go a day prior to see how much time it takes you to get there, and always get plenty of sleep the night before."
What don't you like about working at Cutting Edge Property Management?
"There was a lack of growth opportunities in such as small company. I am interested in a much larger company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow time for interruptions and distractions. Plan just 50 percent or less of your time so that you'll have the flexibility to handle unexpected interruptions."

What do you like about working at Trilogy Essentials International?
"Access to company vehicles, flex time occassionally providing that adequate Administrative coverage is arrange with prior approval. Educational reimbusement, company outings with work teams, training and development, cultural luncheons to improve cohesiveness and improve skillset of staff."

"The office was located close to my house. I wa new in the construction field and they gave me the chance to work for them. I could lear a lot while working at Biltmore Villas."

"Ask about what is expected from the applicant when hired. Be as much specific as possible."

"Many times there was not a fair treatment to employees. No benefits. No salary increase."
What don't you like about working at Manatee Glens?
"I do except for the low salary, the extreme stress due to cutback, and I wish to move back to the East Coast."
