"Franchised division had less opportunity for career growth, structure and stability and would have really enjoyed the Marriott International ExecuStay corporate division."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Demonstrate more flexibility for creative marketing ideas from sales staff. The division between these two departments limits the buying power for the brand. Bridge the gap between marketing ideas and the true reality of sales."

"Revenue is flat and the company moved to slowly to invest in new areas"

"challenging company that needs to find growth and to expand the marketing team and empower new business development in and out of EDA . become more business driven. Invest in new IP and areas outside of the traditional IC space which is not a growth area."
