"Executech continues to grow rapidly and with that growth they are experiencing some some set backs. The one thing that holds this place together is the culture. Co-workers bend over backwards to help you out and provide the support that you need. It is a great place to learn and grow rapidly in the IT industry, but with that learning and growth comes great stress. The daily struggle to handle 10 + clients while taking on dispatches can really eat away and your work life balance. So really the only thing that holds you together is the band of brothers that you form on your team. Management needs to work a little better to help consultants maintain a good work/life balance."
