"The people you work with are nice and easy to get along with, but the company itself doesn't specialize in any particular piece of technology. The company is more about staffing for contracts and not developing products and applications. This can be quite frustrating since many times upper management will invest money into some piece of software that doesn't do what they want it to do and then you, as a developer are expected, to customize it. You are most of the time on your own and don't have a lot of support from other developers. Upper management needs to invest in training for its employees if they want to staff qualified people for contracts."
