"There is a LOT of favoritism with the Install Supervisor, Trent. If you were a real kiss up, you got more work than other installers."

"The work needs to be spread out evenly amongst all installers in these slow times. Also, $40 as a year end bonus for a company that clears a million dollars a year gross Seems a little cheap."
