What suggestions do you have for management?
"Unit managers should be handling personnel and medical procedures inside the lab. Operation of a commercial motor vehicle is the sole responsibility of the driver in charge and all maintenance, needed repairs, safe operation, even parking is the responsibility of the driver per LAW. Check with the FMCSA, that is the governing agency nationwide."
