"Everyone from the CEO to the managers to the field staff are unprofessional and unethical. Recruiters will lie to you to get you in the door. The trainings are done in Overland Park, Kansas at the headquarters. They fly you in and out and pay for rooms and meals. Once in training, you realize that everything you were previously told is untrue. You will be undertrained then thrown into production. Employees are overworked and underpaid for the long and crazy hours they must work. The CSC's in charge of scheduling jobs, purposely make it hard for the OHS staff. They have no empathy and make it impossible for employees to have a life outside of Examinetics. Each week they schedule them to fly across the country on a Sunday before daybreak and they do not schedule them to fly back home until Saturday, Sometimes they have less than 24 hours to themselves. OHS employees drive the units whether or not they are properly equipped. The equipment does not work most of the time. The technicians drive more than 10 hours somedays and do not follow DOT guidelines. They are advised to cheat the system and the vehicles are not properly maintained. It is not safe! There is absolutely no organization, so if you like structure this is not the company for you. The managers do not manage, they pass the buck. Everyone complains about this company and the turnover is massive. Since being employed with the company, most of the staff has either quit or been wrongfully fired. DO NOT leave a good job to work for this company. You will regret it!"
