Senior Technical Support Engineer

"ExaGrid is an entrepreneurial environment. The attitude is to get it done and go home every day. For someone looking to start a career, ExaGrid has a lot to offer, but for those with significant storage and engineering experience you may want to think it through before you find yourself overworked, concerned of employment stability and burn out. My only complaints is that the board always had their sales face on instead of collaborating and forewarning us of challenges the company was facing."

"I have been with ExaGrid for over 5 years. It's that same story now. The CEO is a one trick pony and has been spent it time for him to move on. He has built up walls around every department. It is his way or the highway. ExaGrid is just another backup product, nothing cutting edge. Nothing slick. The Senior Management being lead by the CEO even cut the sustaining engineers and support teams. This place is getting ready for a fire sale but all the good stuff is burnt goods."
