"Run! This place is a joke! TPG, an equity investment firm bought out Exactech and has run it into the ground. The REALLY good workers have left if they had longevity. Those people got smart! They were tired of upper management being two-faced. The real joke is the CEO promotes unqualified people for positions in upper management. Why? One female was promoted twice to an upper management position in less than a year. Only a few years ago, this same female was selling clothes in a washed up clothing boutique...well guess what? She is all of a sudden some sort of guru at selling medical devices and has been giving away the rotten tuna fish under her skirt for years. Not to mention, this employee has dirt on the former CEO because he was eating that same rotten tuna fish during his late night runs to her place. Disgusting! Is that how Exactech operates? No real skills and experience, no leadership abilities and the personality of a rock. What a joke, Exactech/TPG! Hire real people with skills, not clothing queens with no integrity or morals! No wonder the company is going under."

"President has an egotistical view of his employees, this causes distention in the ranks."

"Many of the decisions are not based on the whole good for the company and the people."
