What do you like about working at eworks?

"I don't mind intense and demanding jobs, but it is too much. Being pulled in too many directions at once and having no clearly defined guidelines or protocol for how to handle situations is too much to handle."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to be flexible. Things will change a lot. You have to roll with the punches constantly, and say goodbye to your social life. Your coworkers will become your new family, for better or worse."

What don't you like about working at eworks?

"It's incredibly difficult to please everyone at once. Pretty much impossible. There's hardly ever any substantial recognition for good work, and always someone nagging you about some little thing you forgot."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employees. It's not always about pleasing clients, especially if you can't keep a staff around. Figure out what isn't working and fix it, and stop trying to cut corners to save money. Stop pushing menial tasks on your employees that they don't get paid to do, and stop complicating things unnecessarily. And show your face once in a while."
