"Working as an Intern Advisor at eWening Star has been a mixed experience for me. The salary is fair, but benefits could be improved. Management is supportive, but sometimes lacks direction. The work environment is casual and friendly, but can be disorganized at times. The job can be fulfilling when I am able to help interns succeed, but it can also be frustrating when interns are not motivated or committed. Overall, I would recommend working at eWening Star, but with some reservations."
