"It's tough to get right talent in this market. This company is currently working in Big Data technology and it is extremely difficult to find the right talent and that is an overall issue, otherwise all looks good."

"Not much. Good salary and health benefits."

"Get clear and direct responsibilities and expectations upfront. I was sold on some things that hadn't actually come to fruition yet. I left my former company for empty promises..."

What don't you like about working at Link Technologies?

"The CEO manages her employees through fear. She is a tyrant. Her favorite motivational phrases are It's my way or the highway and You people must have rocks in your heads. She also has very little consideration for other people's time. You are expected to work nights and weekends. I work in a satelite office 3000 away, so most of the resources are allocated elsewhere. When things get busy, all resources are expected to concentrate on her clients at the expense of your own."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start treating your employees with respect and dignity, and you will see better results. Let your employees have an opinion once in a while."

"We get to see very diversed verity of new concept and some are very interesting"

"Diversity and very smart of the people to work with and new project weekly bases make it fun."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on business on hand and finish the project. Set up weekly production status even if it is on the phone. There is no coordinated effort because there is no clear agenda."
