"My store manager was an amazing woman to work for. The problem was the upper management. It is a small retail shop with few customers. I went out of my way to suggest and type out various marketing strategies to bring customers in. Upper management shut them all down. As I’ve stated before there were very few customers and I managed to do $4000 in sales for the month of November 2019. I outsold my manager and my full-time employees while being a part-time employee."
