"Even though improvements are being made with the company, they still have a lot to work on. There is no job stability if you belong on a contracted team, therefore having a huge turnover rate and no job security. There hasn't been any raises or bonus given. There isn't a sick bank, which means the company doesn't care about your health and well-being. And empty promises are made to clients, just to get them to join the company."
