What do you like about working at Evergreen Park Royal Health & Rehab Center?

"A few of the staff members had been there in the same positions for a long time, that was what they wanted. They were wonderful at sharing the knowlege they had acuired and were esential for my training even though they had never done my job before, they were very helpful. The few that had been there for years really did care about the residents and wanted to do the best job they could for them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand exactly what duties are expected of you and ensure training is in writing."

What don't you like about working at Evergreen Park Royal Health & Rehab Center?

"I was hired as a care manager, it was not a care manager position, it was an MDS coordinator position, sitting at a small desk all day trying to gather information from inadequate information."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Training, training, training. You need to inspect what you expect and mould training toward the weak areas."
