"The company structure until 2011 was run well. The problem was the owner made some bad investments when looking to update our fleet. All credit was lost and they ended in bankruptcy."

"Excellent co-workers, agile company, exciting industry. Beautiful location to live and work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avoid at all costs. This ought to be a dream job, but the CEO/Owner is a terrible person, who enjoys making everyone miserable."

What don't you like about working at Evergreen International Airlines?

"CEO/Owner is horrible. Blames, berates and threatens employees. Fires people without cause on a regular basis. Cheats customers, will win contracts then squeeze the life out of them until the customer leaves. Doesn't pay bills until they get to the point of stopping operations. Great place to work if you have no ethics."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire or die. Sell the company to someone with integrity and a desire to grow."
