"Great leadership provided excellent direction for all employees. I loved that there were so many different types of work you could do for this company. Each employee has the opportunity to train in a new area if they would like, and a position in that department came open."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be professional and conservative. Brush up on some of the bank's history and how their community involvement has made an impact on our tourism and overall impact of downtown businesses."

What don't you like about working at Evergreen Federal Bank?

"The only thing I would have preferred differently is that it was a little stuffy at times. I prefer a little more casual work environment. Not that I am not a professional, but most bank environments are extremely conservative."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider having more employee functions such as luncheons, inter-departmental contests or something fun that pulls everyone together as a team."
