"They promote work/life balance but they have a demand for unreasonable performance that is forced upon employees. You HAVE to work extraordinary hours(sometimes until 8 pm), to meet impossible quotas. You cannot be out sick or have an emergency, without still being required to meet goals. They want to improve things but don't make the necessary steps to do so. Management just expects you to go above and beyond with some 10/12 hour days like it's normal"
