What do you like about working at Everbrite?

"I worked at Via Systems when Via Systems closed. The machines I ran, CNC Amada Vipro King and Queen Turret Punch Presses, at Everbright were aquired from Via Systems. I am excellent with these machines and I knew these exact machines very well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Everbright has always had difficulties between its management and hourly employees. There is no team work and no cooperation, which also results in no advancement opportunies. I worked and did my job beyond thier expectations, I was left alone, I really liked my job, and my pay was sufficient. I recieved resentment from the other machinists and supervisor because I knew the machines so well and performed my job so well."

What don't you like about working at Everbrite?

"Everbright didn't understand the machines as well as I did, which is why management and HR hired me, As a result, I recieved rensentment from other machinists because of my familiarity and knowlegde of these machines."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should have managed my position better. Instead of being just a set up operator, they should have had me develop an operation and daily care schedule for the other machinists so these machines would maintain their efficiency. They were essentially running them into the ground."
