"EverBank pays fairly well for the local market and their benefits are excellent. However, the company has absolutely no vision. They are the typical big corporation that wants to hold meetings to discuss other meetings. Policy and procedure trumps any real accomplishment of objectives. The bank's underlying technology is appallingly ancient and insecure. Everyone there knows it. No one cares too much about actually fixing or upgrading it. They are just maintaining the status quo."
