"One question I would highly recommend is the turn over rate at this company. Don't worry they will not skip a beat, and tell you that they are going through restructuring. Truth is...they always will be going through restructuring."

What don't you like about working at EventPro Strategies?

"With the continuous restructuring, managers would change frequently. With that being said, there were some that micro-managed and others that gave you freedom but would question your every move."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sure, the CEO is innovative, and created the company from the ground up. But she is a follower in business decisions. Whenever she looks at someones resume, and they impress her. She hires them as a consultant, then in 6 months or so, she will find another person that impresses her. When I first got hired into the company in January, I was told that there was restructuring occurring. On my last day at EventPro Strategies, they had informed me they were eliminating my position and restructuring the company. I guarantee at the interview they will tell you of growth that you will have, but be fair-warned that the CEO's mood swings change drastically every 6 months."
