"They were just entering the North American market and there were several business aspects on both sides of the Atlantic that didn't understand the immediate issues at hand when I was there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide enough financial support to commit to success at EGT in NA, expand the direct sales force and provide better benefit package. Coninue to expand breadth of product line."
