Working at Euclid Manufacturing in Indianapolis, IN: 1 Employee Reviews

CNC Machinist

"Who's on first Whats on Second I don't Know! Third base."

What do you like about working at Euclid Manufacturing?

"complex set ups and difficult jobs to run with exotic alloys requiring tolerances +/-.0003"

What don't you like about working at Euclid Manufacturing?

"Family Run business. No apparent business plan, refusal to standardize and a disregard for proper manufacturing processes, that are commonly practiced within the industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You are out of business and don't know it yet. Your customers are not going to buy from a unpredictable source.( not Rolls-Royce )What was your greatest strength in 1980 is now closing the door. You must meet customers needs, the customers way if you expect to be paid. Your approach of making things appear right is more difficult than doing the right way first. As the owner you told me you were never going to do things any other way ! Maybe the next guy can make good parts with out the drawing, or print. I guess I am just to crazy to want every thing I need, to make good parts as fast as I can, But I am not the owner and soon neither shall you be. Refusing to adapt is death in manufacturing."
