"Ethos has a great mission, great values, and great people. There is a lot of opportunity so long as you are comfortable fighting for what you want. Like many start-ups, it is a bit disorganized and the leadership team does not have a lot of experience which can be difficult to deal with. Overall though, I've really valued my year and a half at Ethos."
