"Team of White Males with lots of EGO, they are manipulative backstabbing and lie to get what they want. The company has been in financial trouble unable to pay bills of 1M to major vendors until the $30M venture capitalist came on board to save them. Poor leadership, slow culture....people not happy. A bunch of big baby white guys with zero consensuses or vision who are threatened by anyone that offers a new way or perspective. Terrible environment for women in Leadership and it's a CEST Pool of familiarity. Gross."
